On the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day, Dr. Bob Barrett from the Department of Geosciences at the University of Akron will discuss how our food choices affect what is done or not done on farms, and how agricultural methods affect our air, water, and soil. As individuals, we can change what we choose to eat to improve our environment.
